Working at Manutan means taking action for me. Within customer care, we sometimes work hard, but in return, we get friendly colleagues, flexibility, and valuable experience. There are plenty of challenges and growth opportunities!
I enjoy the international environment at Manutan, partly because I come from Spain. Cultural differences are taken into account, and I even learned Bulgarian to communicate better with our drivers.
At Manutan, you can manage your work-life balance well. I work 32 hours to pursue my hobby and still have enough time left for things like friends. It can be a bit chaotic at times, but there's no shortage of fun on the team!
